Ben began his real estate career buying his first multifamily apartment complex at the age of 19. He has since gone on to invest in industrial, retail, and office properties throughout Central Maine and the Kennebec Valley.
Prior to joining CORE, Ben led the sales team A-COPI, a commercial copier sales, and service company based in Gardiner, Maine. From 2017 through 2020, Ben was named a top salesman in New England and joined the President’s Club in 2019 – the highest honor in the industry.
Ben spends his free time at home with his English Springer Spaniel and his beautiful girlfriend. Whenever possible, Ben enjoys hunting, fishing, and working the land on his tractor.
