Dajana joined CORE as a Director of Operations and Management in June 2023. Dajana’s exceptional interpersonal and communication skills make her adept at building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Prior joining the team she worked as a consultant for six years where her expertise were day-to-day accounting, account restructuring, forensic accounting, and accounting support for bankruptcy cases. She served as an interim CFO, controller and outsourced accountant.
Dajana’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Southern Maine, where she gained valuable insights into effective leadership and organizational dynamics.
As a Director of Operations and Management, Dajana brings a unique blend of leadership, problem- solving, and relationship-building skills that contributes to the success and growth of our company.
Dajana was born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Beside English she is fluent in Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian. In her free time, she finds joy in exploring the great outdoors, often indulging in activities such as camping, canoeing, and skiing. Additionally, she has a passion for traveling, eagerly exploring new destinations and immersing herself in diverse cultures.
