James began his real estate career in 1996 co-founding Portland-based management and development firm “ORA Properties”. Specializing in construction and renovation, James worked his way into Portland’s competitive multifamily market before expanding the company’s mission to include single family homes and commercial construction as well. With a passion for carpentry and a keene eye for detail, James pivoted in 2005 to full time construction management.
James’ recent projects range from multi-million dollar homes on Prout’s Neck and cottages on Bailey Island to comprehensive condo renovation and ground-up construction. With great pride, James builds on his 20+ year of experience, one nail at a time.
Outside of work, James enjoys back-country snowboarding, mountain biking, and taking long walks on the beach with his wife and dogs.
