Karen Wagner began her career in Property Management at Westfield in the Coachella Valley of California after graduating from Portland State University. She was responsible for the marketing of the 980,000 sq ft retail mall, development of the Kids Club Program and roll out of the American Express Gift Card Program. She then went on to work for JH Snyder as the Marketing Director and Interim General Manager for The River in Rancho Mirage before moving to the Palm Springs Mall for their redevelopment project.
2008 brought Karen to the East Coast where she successfully managed a fitness center from opening to the sale. She then worked for the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds and obtained her Massachusetts Real Estate license. Her family’s love of skiing at Saddleback brought her to Maine four years ago. In that time, she has added apartment and condominium management to her skill set.
When Karen is not working, you will find her golfing, kayaking, hiking, or skiing with her husband Jon, her kids Emma and Jake, and her rescue dog Cali.
