As Vice President of CORE, Ryan has brokered some of the most prolific hospitality sales across the state of Maine. In addition to brokerage experience, Ryan actively owns and operates a portfolio of boutique hotels in New England. Ryan’s intimate knowledge of the hospitality industry helps him advise clients on the acquisition and disposition of properties across the Northeast. Beyond hospitality, Ryan has worked on deals in various asset classes, including but not limited to industrial, office, and retail.
Ryan is a graduate of Hobart College in New York, where he holds a BA in Economics. Beyond commercial real estate, Ryan is a board member of the St. Thomas School in Sanford.
